What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free and prepaid return labels via our returns portal cost 5 €.

Shipping to Austria and Switzerland costs 5 € (non-refundable) and prepaid return labels via our returns portal cost 9 €.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time is 3-4 business days for bridal shoes in stock (Germany, Austria & Switzerland). Otherwise, please note the exact delivery time as displayed on each product page.

Is international shipping possible?

Currently, we also ship to Austria and Switzerland. If you would like Vivikka shoes shipped to another country, please contact us at service@vivikka.de for more information on shipping costs.

How can I return an item?

Simply return the item to the original parcel box and fill out the enclosed return form. Also, state the reason for the return. Please drop off your labelled DHL package at your nearest Packstation, post office, DHL Paketshop or Paketbox. We will refund you the cost of the shoes minus 5€ (within Germany) / 9€ International for the return label. For any unworn and undamaged item, we will refund the purchase price within five business days of receiving the returned item.

What are the return conditions?

We offer a 60-day return policy on all unworn, undamaged merchandise items. All you need to do is use the return portal link in the footer of the website to generate a QR code or to print a prepaid shipping label. We will refund you the cost of the shoes minus 5€ (within Germany) / 9€ (International) for the return label.

How long does it take to get a refund after I return the merchandise?

After we receive the package, the refund will be processed within five business days. You will receive an email notification when the amount is refunded.

How do I deal with a damaged, faulty or incorrect item?

If you have received damaged, defective or wrong items, you can return them to us free of charge.
