Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
How long does shipping take within Germany?
The delivery time is 3-4 business days for bridal shoes in stock. Otherwise, please note the exact delivery time as displayed on each product page.
Is international shipping possible?
Currently, we ship to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If you would like Vivikka shoes shipped to another country, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on shipping costs.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, your credit card information is secure. Credit card payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe works according to the PCI DSS standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Vivikka GmbH does not process or store credit card data.
What payment options exist?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Sofort, Amazon Pay as well as PayPal.
How can I get a shoe in a different size or colour?
You can simply send the shoes back to us and place a new order.
How can I return an item?
Please put the item back in the original package box and fill out the enclosed return form. Also indicate the reason for the return. Please drop off your labelled DHL package at your nearest Packstation, post office or DHL Paketshop. We will refund you the cost of the shoes minus 5€ (within Germany) / 9€ (International) for the return label. For each unworn and undamaged item, we will refund the purchase price within five business days of receiving the returned item.
What are the return policies?
We offer a 60-day return policy on all unworn, undamaged merchandise items. Return shipping is free within Germany. All you need to do is use the returns portal at the bottom of the website to generate a QR code or print a prepaid shipping label. We will refund you the cost of the shoes minus 5€ (within Germany) / 9€ (International) for the return label.
How long does it take to get a refund after returning the merchandise?
After we receive the package, the refund will be processed within five business days. You will receive an email notification when the money is refunded.
How do I handle damaged, defective or wrong items?
If you have received damaged, defective or wrong items, you can send them back to us free of charge within Germany.
What size should I buy?
