Shipping & Returns
Products are shipped with DHL and are free of charge within Germany (5€ Austria & Switzerland). For returns, you will receive a return label via our returns portal within a period of 60 days after delivery. (Costs in the amount of 5 € Germany & 9 € Austria and Switzerland per return). For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs fees may apply.
Shipments to Switzerland
Experience has shown that the letter carrier will charge you Swiss VAT (7.5% of the value of the shipment) and a fee of approximately CHF 10.00 upon delivery. For some shipments, the letter carrier also charges a customs fee. Our experience shows that unfortunately there are no uniform rules as to how much the fee actually is, sometimes no fee is charged at all, and sometimes about CHF 10 is charged.
Shipments to Switzerland
